Your continued use of the WevaApp platform constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your use of the platform.
This platform is owned and operated by Qweva Trading and Services L.L.C. in Qatar (C.R: 172639).

WeaApp provides a booking platform, which allows you to discover and book online for health centers, beauty centers, salons, fitness centers and spa services.
- You can book and pay for the services of service providers when using the WevaApp platform through the platform.
- The service providers' services that you book are offered by the service providers and not by us. We are only responsible for arranging and completing your booking.
- If you pay for the Services of the Service Providers using the Payment Services, we collect and deliver your payment on behalf of the relevant Service Provider, in which event our successful receipt of your payment will facilitate the payment of the Service Provider for the Services.
- The service provider's service contract is directly between you and the relevant service provider. We are not responsible for the services you receive from service providers. However, we would like to know how your experience with the service provider is. You can contact us at info@wevaapp.com where you can let us know if your experience with a service provider has fallen short of your expectations, and we'll see if there's anything we can do to help.
- Some reservations may include certain conditions that you need to agree to before making a reservation.
- Please check all details and any reservation restrictions thoroughly before confirming your reservation in WevaApp.
- WevaApp reserves the right to deactivate a customer's account in the event of a breach of these Booking Terms and Conditions and/or where the customer behaves in an inappropriate, offensive or otherwise unacceptable manner towards the Service Provider or our employees.
- If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, you must comply with these booking terms and conditions, as they must be requested and completed either by:
- Use your customer account through the WevaApp platform by going to the reservation to be canceled or rescheduled.
- Contact your service provider directly (e.g., through email or phone) and request a rescheduling.
- To make sure, you will receive an alert on your account on the platform that the reservation has been successfully canceled or rescheduled.
